Hampton Inn Saint Augustine-I-95 - St. Augustine

I liked its pretty friendly and outstandingly accommodating employees.

The hotel was wonderful and convenient with easy location next to historic St Augustine and World Golf Hall of Fame, Savannah and restaurants and the St Augustine Outlets and the town of St Augustine.

I thoroughly enjoyed this property - recently renovated hotel.

Everything was simply good. The room I booked was clean and newly remodeled and available with a walk in shower. The hotel's staff was attentive and brilliantly friendly. The location was great and easy, a 10-15 minute walk from Adventure Landing.

Helpfulness of all personnel. Breakfast : fresh fruit salad and finally something else than jam for the kids (Nutella :)) Breakfast and breakfast lady who kept everything neat and complete.

The breakfast room could be larger. There are not really any family rooms. The staff was kind to add a bed.

uncomfortable beds. Difficult check in with front desk.... verified age requirements before arrival and then were denied check in upon arrival (20 year old couple). were talked to very harshly and loudly in front of other patrons and required intervention from another staff member.

All in the hotel was very good

We were kinda surprised by the cleanliness and modern updates in the King Room. Great location near restaurants and shopping!

I didnt get the name of the morning breakfast hostess, but she was extremely nice and warm. Because of her politeness, went returning to St. Augustine, I will indeed visit that hotel again. She made my wife and I breakfast very delightful.

My second day stay, my room was not clean. The housekeeper knock on my door and gave me needed towels. I made sure it was clean the third day by informing the maid of the room cleaning.

Location was great. Close to area I wanted with decent food places close by.

Older hotel that had been remodeled. Could hear people next door coughing/sneezing from inside the room. Not very well insulated. Heat/cool system didn't work properly. Bath room had mildew in tub area.

Couples looking for comfort and convenience

Had a long drive and arriving late was tough. The friendly front desk staff was a real lifesaver. The breakfast crew was amazing too, one woman really connected with us, gave solid recommendations for the area.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but for what we got, it was still acceptable.

It was old and we expected more for that rate. I think that nest Time we won't reserve in advance, we will wait to see by ourself to make choice.

The location is great. Right off 95. About 6 miles from the old town. Bed was comfy. Pool although small was clean.

Staff not helpful at front desk regarding bill. Had to go back twice to get help. Found a pretzel on the floor under the bed skirt. We didn't have any pretzels.

I found the hotel beautifully decorated and very clean. The staff was helpful, providing assistance with my luggage and offering suggestions for local dining options, which enriched my stay significantly.

Accessibility features could be improved for easier navigation.
